Whether its British or American, physical or mental - Darius has extreme capabilities in a huge variety of sports. With experience playing elite level rugby and football, Darius has also taken a profound interest into coaching, focussing on areas such as nutrition in order to maximise his own performance and best advise others.

A degree in Economics is another key factor that sets him aside as a Health Haven member, with his all rounded view helping him advise and elevate others.
